In my time at Giarratana Management, I worked primarily with two buildings: 505 Nashville and PRIME. I secured 7 figures of rental income within first 6 months for both buildings. My responsibilities entailed:

• Scheduled and conducted tours for prospective tenants and investors for apartments/condos.
• Prepared and processed inquiries, applications, leases, and renewals with CRM software.
• Handled resident calls, complaints, work order requests, etc.
• IT support/troubleshooting for building and residents.
• Conducted real estate market research and prepared new CRM for condo restructuring.

Worked with clients to buy, sell, and lease property in the Greater Nashville Area.

I spent my time at ImageQuest doing three major things: 

• Drafting IT compliance policies and procedures based on the NIST 800.53 Framework for a Healthcare SaaS company
• Employing the FFIEC's Cybersecurity Assessment Tool (CAT) to assess and score the security posture of a local Tennessee bank
• Assisting with the planning and execution of a Microsoft Office 365 platform conversion.

I helped run affiliate social media accounts, Twitter and Barstool, along with the help of another student. We accumulated over 1,100 Twitter and 800 Instagram followers in a year and a half.

My fall semester of 2017 was spent in Vienna.  I visited nine countries over the course of the three months. It forced me to mature in a positive way and exposed me to many new cultures.

I was responsible for all orders that customers wanted to pick up, be delivered, or take home with them. We consistently had over $2,000 in sales a night.

My responsibilities included stocking the range, cleaning the range, setting people off on their tee times, preparing and cleaning carts for use, and restocking of all restrooms and locker rooms.

Throughout my YMCA career, I was a lifeguard and membership attendant. This involved scanning members into the facility as well as managerial roles in the Snack Shack (scheduling, cleaning, restock, money deposits).
