Initially, I was brought onto the leasing team for 505's lease-up. In my first 6 months as a part-time employee, I brought in 7 figures gross revenue and was the top leasing agent. I made the transition to full-time in May/June of 2021, where I was one of two agents for the building moving forward. My responsibilities entailed reaching out to prospects, scheduling and giving tours, approving applicants, managing leases, and facilitating a wonderful living environment for our tenants.
I spent my time at ImageQuest doing three major things:
I helped run affiliate social media accounts, Twitter and Barstool, along with the help of another student. We accumulated over 1,100 Twitter and 800 Instagram followers in a year and a half.
My fall semester of 2017 was spent in Vienna. I visited nine countries over the course of the three months. It forced me to mature in a positive way and exposed me to many new cultures.
I was responsible for all orders that customers wanted to pick up, be delivered, or take home with them. We consistently had over $2,000 in sales a night.
My responsibilities included stocking the range, cleaning the range, setting people off on their tee times, preparing and cleaning carts for use, and restocking of all restrooms and locker rooms.
Throughout my YMCA career, I was a lifeguard and membership attendant. This involved scanning members into the facility as well as managerial roles in the Snack Shack (scheduling, cleaning, restock, money deposits).
